Friday Evening

We’re back! Join us for opening remarks, the introduction of this year’s guests, and a quick rundown of a few highlights from this year’s programing.

Friday Evening

It’s an arms race of budget-conscious proportions! This new Friday night event will be a fun competition to see who can make the most interesting and intricate giant robot out of just cardboard and duct tape. Teams are provided cardboard, construction paper, and the tools of the trade needed to build their own giant box robots. It’s like a cooking contest show, only with box-based robots and special guest host UbersCosplay!

Friday | Saturday | Sunday

Come by our Cosplay Cafe for a relaxing tea break with friends! Pick from our selection of teas and enjoy an assortment of sweets and snacks. Choose from a variety of themed tables and enjoy our photo booth and props. One gift Polaroid is included with every reservation!

Our Cosplay Guests will also be making appearances each session so don't miss out on this unique opportunity to chat with them and take as many photos as you like!

The Market Expo is your one-stop-shop for all things Cosplay including crafting materials, accessories, wigs, and lots more!

We welcome exhibitors, artists, and crafters of all kinds. If you're interested in being a vendor please check out the Market Expo page.

Saturday Evening

You are cordially invited to a most fantastical occasion! We welcome you to socialize with your peers and our guests for a night of live music, hors d’oeuvers, and photo opportunities. A classy costume is not required, but we encourage you to don a formal or especially eye-catching outfit and compete in our regal showcase!

Saturday Evening

Come hang out in your casual cosplay, kigurumi, or PJs at this chill, late-night event! Snacks and games will be provided.

Sunday Afternoon

Wait, it’s over? Did we all collectively blink? It’s time we get together to see off our guests, get hyped for next year, and take one last photo with everyone. And we mean everyone. We’re going to need a bigger selfie stick!

building your brand

You’ve put a lot of time into your costume pictures and want to share them with the world, but how do you build an audience? You’re competing with every distraction the internet has to offer, even cat pictures! Our guests share what’s worked for them, the challenges they’ve faced, and a few hard truths that you should keep in mind in the age of online content creation.

dumpsterfireside chats

Our guests have been to a lot of conventions. They’ve seen things. These are their stories.
